When it came the the accompaniments there were no complaints but the chicken escalope my wife found dry and my duck, the skin was not crispy, not rendered properly, the meat was fine but unrendered duck fat/skin is not pleasant to eat. When it came to mains my wife ordered the chicken escalope and I had the duck, we ordered some potatoes as a side.
